Booking data is kept for 10 years from the last stay, as required by Italian tax law. Unused contact data is deleted after 2 years. Identity documents uploaded for check-in are kept only for the time needed to fulfil the legal reporting obligations and are then deleted.

- Brevo (Sendinblue) — for sending transactional emails (confirmations, check-in)
- Public security authorities — legal obligation for tourist rentals
