5. Data retention

Booking data is kept for 10 years from the last stay, as required by Italian tax law. Unused contact data is deleted after 2 years. Identity documents uploaded for check-in are kept only for the time needed to fulfil the legal reporting obligations and are then deleted.

6. Third parties

Data may be shared with:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — for sending transactional emails (confirmations, check-in)
  • Railway (Railway Corp., USA) — website hosting and storage of booking data
  • Public security authorities — legal obligation for tourist rentals

Some providers (e.g. Railway) are based in the United States: any transfer of data outside the European Union takes place in compliance with the safeguards required by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes.
