1. The apartment

Cà Letizia Venice is a private tourist apartment located in Venice, Cannaregio district (VE). Regional identification code: IT027042C2TXKJMY8R. The apartment consists of:

  • Double bedroom with period furniture and furnishings
  • Living room and dining area
  • Equipped kitchen
  • Large bathroom with shower and bathtub, bidet
  • Venetian terrazzo flooring, second floor

Maximum capacity: 2 guests (infants excluded).

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 1:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM
  • Different times can be arranged directly with the owner
  • Access instructions are sent by email 24 hours before arrival

3. Rates and payment

  • Rates vary by season: low €110, mid €130, high €150 per night (2 guests included)
  • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests (infants excluded)
  • Venice tourist tax: €4/person/night for the first 5 nights; exempt ages 0–9; 50% reduction (€2) for ages 10–15; full rate from 16
  • No online payment: you send a booking request through the website, then arrange confirmation and payment directly with the owner

4. Confirmation and cancellation

  • The booking request involves no online payment and is not binding until confirmed
  • Confirmation and cancellation terms are agreed directly with the owner when you are contacted
  • In cases of documented force majeure, each situation is assessed individually
  • The owner reserves the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances

5. House rules

  • 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment (allowed on the balcony)
  • 🐾 Pets are not allowed
  • 🔊 Please respect the neighbours' rest during night hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
  • 👥 The maximum number of guests is 2 (infants excluded) — unregistered guests are not allowed
  • 🧹 The apartment must be left tidy at check-out
  • 🔑 Keys must be returned at check-out
  • ❄️ Please switch off air conditioning and lights when away

6. Damage and liability

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during the stay. In the event of damage, the owner reserves the right to request reimbursement proportionate to the damage caused.

The owner is not responsible for theft or damage to guests' personal belongings.

8. Reporting to the authorities

Under the Italian T.U.L.P.S. (Art. 109), the owner is required to report guests' details to the public security authorities within 24 hours of arrival. The data provided at booking will be used for this purpose.
